29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about May 20, 2024 at a worksite located at 11608 Ascend Mirada Blvd, San Antonio, Florida 33576: the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection while employees were conducting framing operations at a height of approximately 33-feet, exposing employees to fall hazards. Munoz Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684821, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 19, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 17000 FL 50 Clermont, FL 34711 Munoz Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1629741, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 01, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9928 W. 87th St., OVERLAND PARK, KS 66212.
