Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. a) Exit Route Leading to Exit door Behind UV Tunnel - On or about 7/20/23, the exit route to the exit door was blocked by equipment placement and other items, such as but not limited to, pallets with stacked plastic bins and pallets with packed boxes coming off the assembly line. b) Exit Route Leading to Exit doors from Processing Area: On or about 7/20/2023, the exit access corridor leading to the exit doors was blocked by the temporarily placed stacked boxes and large tote bins.
