29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): a) flammable cabinet: On or about July 18, 2023, approximately four opaque plastic container were not marked or labeled meeting GHS requirements, exposing employees to chemical hazards. b) Right wall next to electric panel box: On or about July 18, 2023, approximately two clear plastic containers with sharpie marking mixed coolant were not marked or labeled meeting GHS requirements, exposing employees to chemical hazards. c) mechanic cart: On or about July 18, 2023, approximately four clear plastic containers with sharpie marking motor oil were not marked or labeled meeting GHS requirements, exposing employees to chemical hazards. d) auto shop: On or about July 18, 2023, a 5 gal plastic pail marked luster on cleaner was not marked or labeled meeting GHS requirements, exposing employees to chemical hazards.
