The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated. a.) At the jobsite located at 16480 Athens-Limestone Blvd., Athens, AL: On or about 07/20/2023, employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees, who were conducting exterior painting activities using an aerial lift.
