The Forest Service was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard, as contained in OSHA inspection number 126318, citation number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/28/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Barlow Ranger District, Ranger Station.

Note: Applies to any extinguishers provided in the workplace. The Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1594183, notice number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on8/18/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Forest Service, Parkdale Work Center. The Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1261318, notice number 2, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Mt. Hood National Forest.
