29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about July 25, 2023, employee conducting roof decking work on a 6:12 pitch new construction roof was not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employee to a fall hazard of approximately ten (10) feet, three (3) inches on the south side of the roof onto dirt and gravel when employee(s) was not tied into the available fall protection system. ACC, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1431492, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-19-2020 , with respect to a workplace located at 6603 W. North Ave. Oak Park, IL. 60302
