This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.  Edwin Henriquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480214, citation number 1, item 1, and was affirmed final order on November 17, 2020, with respect to the workplace located at 1800 South Valleyview Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57106.   Edwin Henriquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401550, citation number 1, item 1, and was affirmed final order on September 9, 2019, with respect to the workplace located at 1301 South Keva Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106.
