29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Employees engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a)Edwin Henriquez dba EH Construction at 1103 North Splitrock Boulevard, Brandon, SD 57005 : On or about and at times prior to July 24, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees that were performing roofing work on a 4/12 pitch commercial property were protected from falls. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet. Edwin Henriquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480214, citation number 1, item 1, and was affirmed final order on November 17, 2020, with respect to the workplace located at 1800 South Valleyview Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57106. Edwin Henriquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401550, citation number 1, item 1, and was affirmed final order on September 9, 2019, with respect to the workplace located at 1301 South Keva Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
