Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. Jobsite - On or about July 25, 2023, employees working on the roof of the building were exposed to falls of approximately 50 feet where the parapet wall was approximately 2 feet high, and no other form of fall protection was being utilized.
