29 CFR  1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards:  a) On the road in front of 226 E. Main Street for customers accessing 240/244 E. Main Street, flagging in the west bound lanes of travel, in Middletown, DE 19709: On or about July 26, 2023, employees were exposed to hazards onsite including but not limited to struck-by and/or caught-in hazards when they entered an open lane to stop traffic and assist vehicles, such as but not limited to dump trucks entering the worksite.  The employees did not have a sign posted at the point of hazard where no previous indication was made that there would be a flagging operation or the need for motorists or construction traffic to stop.
