Grounds-Keeping Facility: On and/or before July 26, 2023, employee(s) used the handheld Dewalt Grinder to sharpen blades for the mowers. The handheld Dewalt Grinder was not visually inspected for exposed wiring. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.
