29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Krewsin Klean Car Wash, LLC. located at 9201 Krewstown Road, Philadelphia, PA 19115: On or about July 27, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees working with corrosive chemicals, including but not limited to potassium hydroxide, sodium metasilicate, sodium hydroxide, etc. contained in Aradex Get Red E. etc., had a suitable eye wash station available for use, thus exposing them to corrosive chemical hazards. *A suitable eye wash must meet the minimum criteria as defined by ANSI/ISEA Z358.1
