29 CFR 1910.101(b):"Compressed gases." The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. On or about July 25, 2023,and at times thereto, compressed gas cylinders were stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965. This exposed employees to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked: On or about July 25, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees placed oils, and lubrications in bottles without labeling or marking them for their content. This exposed employees to chemical hazards by means of ingestion.
