29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:  (a) Mill P - On or about August 01, 2023, a trim saw operator was exposed to continuous noise at 104.6% of the permissible exposure limit (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 89 dBA during the 382 minutes sampling period.     (b) Mill C - On or about August 01, 2023, a relief sawyer was exposed to continuous noise at 131.2% of the permissible exposure limit (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 91 dBA during the 398 minutes sampling period.
