The North basin had a guardrail top rail that was damaged, not secure, and sloped over. b. The North basin's catwalk had several guardrail posts that were damaged from rust degradation. c. The South basin's catwalk had several guardrail posts that were damaged from rust degradation. d. The South basin's guardrail top rail was damaged and not secure, where it could fall over. e. The South basin's guardrail had a damaged post where half of the post was missing.
