29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv):  On or about April 22, 2024, employees collected samples of hydrofluosilicic acid and were exposed to chemical hazards and the employer did not provide the employees with any hazard communication training that included the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in their work area.  This training would include the following:   a.	Methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in their work area, b.	The physical and health hazards of the chemicals in their work area, c.	The measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards,  d.	The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, and  e.	The pictogram labeling requirements in accordance with the standard.
