29 CFR  1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice.  a) BMW Area: On or about 07/31/2023, and at times prior,  the employer exposed employees to slip hazards in that the walking working surface near the clamps are slippery due to oil leaks and residual oil residue from the machines.
