29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On the north side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities without fall protection were exposed to unprotected fall hazards in the following instances;  a)  at the lower levels, employees were working without fall protection at approximately 10 feet to the ground below. b) at the higher levels, employees were working without fall protection at approximately 19 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On the north side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities used pneumatic nail guns without wearing eye protection were exposed to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   On the residential construction site, the employer did not develop or provide fall protection training to the employees engaged in framing work on how to recognize and eliminate hazards such as fall hazards.
