29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that a program that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment made by competent person was in use at the site: a) Job site, 603 Clairton Boulevard, Pleasant Hills, PA: On or about August 1, during steel erections activities such, the employer did not ensure that an appropriate system was utilized to identify and correct safety and health hazards. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, failing to ensure that appropriate fall protection was in use while working in an aerial lift basket or while on top of the steel structure under construction.
