29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17):29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. At a residential construction worksite located at N Wallace Ave and NE 84th Ter, KC MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties were using a body belt. The body belt was not positioned correctly in that the rope was attached to the front of the employees rather than the back of the body belt. This exposed employees to serious back, head and lower extremities injuries. This was documented on or about 07/20/2023.
