29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on flat roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. (a) East and West side of the roof - On or about August 8, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the employees working from the roof 10 feet high removing shingles were protected, exposing them to fall hazards.
