29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employees used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: On or above August 10th , 2023, at 29171 SW 167th Avenue, Homestead, Florida, an employee was exposed to the struck-by and flying hazards when using a cut-off saw to cut roof tiles without eye and/or face protection. EAGLE QUALITY GROUP INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1642311, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/26/2023, with respect to a workplace located near the intersection of SW 295 Street and SW 177 Court in Miami, Florida.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor were an employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): On or about August 10, 2023, at 29171 SW 167th Avenue, Homestead, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 10 feet while installing roof tiles without any type of conventional fall protection system. EAGLE QUALITY GROUP INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1642311, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/26/2023, with respect to a workplace located near the intersection of SW 295 Street and SW 177 Court in Miami, Florida.
