29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On or above April 4th , 2024, at 12939 SW 231st Terrance, Miami, Florida, an employee was exposed to 20-foot-fall hazards while installing roof tiles without any type of fall protection system when the employer failed to inspect the job site and equipment to ensure the worker's safety.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor were an employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  On or above April 4, 2024, at 12939 SW 231st Terrance, Miami, Florida, an employee was exposed to 20-foot-fall hazards while installing roof tiles without a means of fall protection.  EAGLE QUALITY GROUP INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1690356 citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/2023, with respect to a workplace located near the intersection of SW 288th Street and SW 162nd Court in Miami, Florida.
