29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:   On or about August 10, 2023, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing siding activities on a residential home located at Unit 1, Hope Court, Westlake, Ohio 44145. An Employee was working from an elevated aerial lift with tools and materials as another employee was working directly below and assisting in the hoisting of material. The employer did not ensure that the lower employee was wearing a protective helmet.   Jads Construction LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1559166  , citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 24, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 27893 Ironwood Court, Westlake, OH 44145 .
