29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) Lot 17 of the Schooners Landing development in, Selbyville, DE 19801: On or about August 14, 2023, CSHO observed employees who worked on site to conduct framing operations who were exposed to multiple hazards including but not limited to falls and struck by hazards which had not been identified due to a lack of an accident prevention program onsite. The employer Miguel Nunez also known as Major Builders and/or Blue Ladder was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1543020, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2-4-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2301 Grays Ferry Ave Philadelphia, PA 19146.
