The Miguel Nunez (dba Major Builders) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 19260020 B 02, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1672661, citation number 01001, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Hatteras Hills Club House, Magnolia, DE 19962.
