GC Desk - On or about August 17, 2023, the employer was using a relocatable power tap (surge protector/ power strip) at a construction site which is prohibited by UL listing and labeling for products XBYS. b. GC Desk - On or about August 17, 2023, the employer had an extension cord plugged into a relocatable power tap essentially daisy chaining as defined by the UL listing and labeling for the power tap.
