29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about August 17, 2023, at the facility located at 4243 Gateway Drive, Sheboygan, Wisconsin; employees were exposed to slip hazards from fluids on the walking-working surface around the die cast machines in the 1600 Ton Department.
