A) 1 Riva Ave North Brunswick, NJ 08902 - An employee was not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic air gun during roofing activities to prevent eye injuries.   Hazards observed on or about August 18, 2023.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22): The following requirements apply to the use of all ladders, including job-made ladders, except as otherwise indicated:  An employee shall not carry any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall.  A) 1 Riva Ave North Brunswick, NJ 08902 - An employee was carrying construction materials while climbing up a portable ladder that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards.   Hazards observed on or about August 18, 2023.
