Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. On or about, August 22, 2023, An employee performed maintenance tasks in the maintenance shop building 1 where materials blocked the electrical panel. The employee did not have a clear and passable path to the panel.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded. The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefore, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. On or about August 21, 2023, An employee performed tasks in the machine shop in building 1 and used the manual milling machine without the point of operation having a guard.
