29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed:  a) 101 West Bern Street, Reading, PA 19601 - Arc Melting Caster Area, Fourth Floor Control Room - On or about August 23, 2023, employees were permitted to eat in the control room and the tables were not kept clean of metal dusts, such as: iron; chromium, metal and insoluble salts; copper fume (as Cu); lead, inorganic (as Pb); manganese fume (as Mn); vanadium.  b) 101 West Bern Street, Reading, PA 19601 - Arc Melting Caster Area, Ground Floor Control Room - On or about August 23, 2023, employees were permitted to eat in the control room and the tables were not kept clean of metal dusts, such as: manganese fume (as Mn); iron; vanadium.  No abatement documentation or certification is required.
