29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  The employer does not protect each employee from fall hazards while engaged in carpentry work on a sloped roof with the ground to eave heights of up to approximately twenty (20) feet seven (7) inches by the use of guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a. This most recently occurred on August 23, 2023, at 11 Pinnacle Ct., Naperville, IL 60565. Employees engaged in carpentry activity are not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of up to approximately twenty (20) feet seven (7) inches above the ground.  UNITED CUSTOM HOMES, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1662973, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 17028-17034 Foxtail Dr., Orland Park, IL 60467.  UNITED CUSTOM HOMES, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1641650, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 17028-17036 Clover Dr., Orland Park, IL 60467.  UNITED CUSTOM HOMES, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1504208, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 835 Santa Maria Dr. in Naperville, Illinois.
