29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) New residential construction located at 1811 Grant Lanier Drive, Buford, GA 30518, Roof: On or about 08/25/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 22-feet, 11-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.
