29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure: 1) that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and 2) that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: a) 135 National Rd. Edison ,NJ 08817- On or about 8/21/2023 and thereafter, employee(s) who perform service and maintenance on the equipment, including the Balemaster baler, were not provided training that included the purpose and function of the energy control program and ensured the training was understood by each authorized or affected employee; exposing employee(s) to crushing and amputation hazards.
