29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not maintain a program that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons: a) Job site, 7370 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about August 28, 2023, during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that a competent person was maintaining a safe work site. Deficiencies included, but were limited to, failing to ensure that an electrical service drop was insulated/steps were taken to prevent workers to work near it and not ensuring that flag lines were at an appropriate height around the perimeter of the building.
