29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: On or about 08/18/2023, on the cold dock of the establishment located at 1999 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Riviera Beach, FL, an employee operating an electric pallet jack was exposed to a struck-by hazard when a second employee exited a freezer on a forklift while having an obstructed view and did not slow down and sound the horn.
