29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section.   (a) On or about August 29, 2023, employees located at 1751 Enterprise Dr. Sturtevant, WI 53177, in the dust collection room (Ground Dock 3), employees were exposed to crushing/pinch point hazard while working on and around the the Dust Collector #2(right side). The employer did not ensure procedures were developed and utilized when unclogging the dust collection unit.  In the alternative... 29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) On or about August 29, 2023, employees located at 1751 Enterprise Dr. Sturtevant, WI 53177, in the dust collection room (Ground Dock 3), the Dust Collector #2(right side) rotary valve  point of operation was not  guarded properly, exposing employees to crushing/pinch point hazard.
