Outside of Terminal C Gate C26 at Logan International Airport on 1 Harborside Drive, Boston, MA 02128, on or about August 29, 2023 an employee was exposed to rollover and crushing  hazards while operating Komatsu BX Forklift (Model Number: FG25TLP-12; SN: 515775A) without wearing seatbelt. In accordance to the forklift's operators manual, seatbelts should always be worn to reduce the risk of injury.
