29 CFR  1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part.  Evergreen Greenhouse Services, LLC at the worksite located at 1902 Progress Dr. in Wapakoneta, OH: On or about August 23, 2023, the employer did not implement a plan or program to maintain safe working conditions in that an elevated aerial platform(s) was operated on surfaces which affected the platform's stability. Employees who operated an elevated Skyjack (model SJ6832) to hang support cable wire in zone 6, near the site's central aisle, were exposed to injury due to uneven surface conditions which affected the elevated platform's stability during operation.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
