29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) On or about August 31, 2023, employees were performing framing work activities without the use of fall protection. This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six (6) feet to the ground below. a. An employee was facilitating the repositioning of a truss on the southside of the building. b. An employee was working on a truss on the southeast side of the building. c. An employee was directing a crane on the south side of the building.
