Listed, labeled, or certified equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a- 4000 Ocean Heights Avenue, Egg Harbor Township NJ: On or about 09/06/23 the control panel of a portable gasoline powered Ryobi 1800 generator, in use by the workers, was reconfigured by the worksite Foreman to power a flexible cord in a manner that was not listed, labeled or certified. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
