29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 417 Columbia Blvd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08002:  Three workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 2 ? stories to ground surface when they were installing roofing material and sheathing while not wearing fall protection on an existing single-family home.   Violation was observed on or about April 09, 2025.  Angel Repairs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1756231, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 48 Inlet Terrace, Belmar, NJ 07719.  Angel Repairs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709701, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 22, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 464 Raintree Island, Tonawanda, NY  14150  Angel Repairs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1695888, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 3, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4000 Ocean Heights Avenue, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)  417 Columbia Blvd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08002: Employees and the company foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roof while not using fall protection.  Angel Repairs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1695888, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on November 3, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4000 Ocean Heights Avenue, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a) 417 Columbia Blvd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08002:  3 Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below, when accessing to and egressing from a pitched roof using a portable ladder whose side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the surface being accessed/egressed. Condition observed on or about 04/09/2025.  Angel Repairs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1695888, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on November 3, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4000 Ocean Heights Avenue, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.
