29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 28 Helen Lane, Marlton NJ: A worker and the company owner were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 15 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing full body harnesses that were not attached to anchors with lanyards. Condition observed on or about 09/09/23. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
