29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 22 Charlotte Court, Evesham NJ: On or about 03/08/24 a worker was exposed to fall hazards, approximately 13 feet 7 inches, while performing roofing and other related activities from a residential structure's pitched upper roof and pitched lower porch roof while wearing a full body harness that was not attached to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. BIM Brothers, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1695891, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/07/23, with respect to a workplace located at 28 Helen Lane, Marlton NJ.
