Location: 50 Herring Brook Way, Hanover, MA On September 11, 2023, an employee was exposed to falls from heights up to 8 feet to the floor while working from a scaffold system on a residential framing construction project where a competent person qualified in scaffold erection was not present to supervise or direct the scaffold erection.
