Coffelt Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.651(j)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1409440, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/21/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1009 W. Plymouth Meeting, PA - On or about September 12, 2023, employees in an excavation approximately 8 feet deep and near vertical walls were not protected from cave-ins. Coffelt Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1409440, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/21/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1009 W.
