29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about 9/13/2023, at the new Home 2 Suites hotel, an employee who was not wearing a personal fall arrest system was observed sitting on top of the parapet wall at a height greater than six feet above the next lower level.
