29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:   Location: Automated Plating Line, Brite Dip Tank  On or about, September 15, 2023, an employee was exposed to dermal contact with nitric acid containing sludge when entering the Brite Dip tank to clean out sludge and retrieve parts.  The employer did not select the appropriate PPE when they provided the employee with Tyvek 400 suits that are not rated to protect from chemical exposure.
