29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a)  Grand Slam Dust Collector, 191 Front Street, Zelienople, PA 16063:  On or about September 18, 2023, the rotating blades of a rotary feeder on the Grand Slam dust collector was not guarded.  The blades were located approximately 8.125 inches from the 9-inch diameter discharge chute opening.  Employees were exposed to caught-by hazards each time they replaced or adjusted a sack on the discharge chute.
