Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: On or about 09-21-2023, at 8560 US Highway 1 in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees engaged in roofing activates applying a sealant were exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard without a means of fall protection.
