29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a. Located in the Wool Plants C4 harth area located at 400 Case Avenue, Newark Ohio, 43055: On or about September 21, 2023, the employer failed to ensure a pressure washer hose was rolled up and kept out of the walking/working surface. A pressure washer hose was on the floor due to a broken reel and was not wound up which exposed the employees to tripping hazards.
